Shipping Information

Black Sheep Heap ships orders every Wednesday through the U.S. Mail. We offer two types of shipping for orders with addresses in the 50 States: Economy (First Class, which does not include Tracking) and Priority Mail (which includes Delivery Confirmation & Tracking). We also ship internationally (Economy only). You can indicate your shipping preference during checkout.

If you need your items shipped before the coming Tuesday, please email jen[at]blacksheepheap.com. It may be possible to get your package in the mail sooner. (But it may not be; we are a small operation.)

Returns/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the quality of a product, send it back and will send you a full refund.

Black Sheep Heap is happy to exhange your item as long as it has not been worn or washed. If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it for the right one. Return your item to: Black Sheep Heap 55 Pineapple Street, 1D, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Be sure to include your shipping address and phone number if you are exchanging the item.

Gift Wrapping

When sending Black Sheep Heap gifts to friends and family, we can gift wrap for you before we ship them. We'll also include a card with your personal message. Cost is $5.00 per package (plus shipping and handling).
